Generator maintenance done the right way
What's included in our comprehensive service
We offer numerous maintenance contract packages to help keep your generator in top shape. We assess your specific needs and tailor a package to suit your business. Inspections can be carried out monthly or quarterly depending on your requirements, with oil, fuel and coolant samples taken at each annual major service to Australians standards such as AS3010 and AS3009.
We take pride in servicing your generator to meet the manufacturer's standards and offer a 55-point maintenance inspection report to ensure its quality. The inspection report includes testing for (but is not limited to):
- Engine lube system
- A.C alternator
- Diesel fuel system
- Engine cooling system
- Engine start batteries
- Control panel/PLC Batteries
- Diesel engine
- Load testing
- Refueling
- Canopy and asset maintenance (canopy painting, rust repairs, cleaning etc.)

Bringing Generators Back to Life
Generator Repairs
During our generator service, we’ll take care of any faults that can be fixed without major parts at no additional cost, and provide a quote for any additional minor or major faults that need repairing. Depending on the severity of the fault, we can fix it immediately, during the next scheduled service, or at a time of your choice.
Don't have a maintenance contract with us? No problem. We provide generator repair services to anyone who requires them.

Swift Response and Assistance When You Need It Most
24/7 Emergency Service
We offer a complete 24 hours / seven days a week call out service. City Generators has an on-call register with trained generator and electrical technicians ready to support your business 24 hours seven days a week. In the event of a breakdown, City Generators will respond within 2 hours from the time of notification.
